Whilst we endeavour to resolve problems and carry out computer repairs onsite, it is sometimes necessary to take the computer or laptop back to our premises, where we have access to specialist tools, component parts and the internet to download software, drivers and updates. For your convenience we can either collect the computer from your home address or arrange a mutually convenient time for you to drop it off to us for repair. We look forward to hearing from you.
